Tenants
Please ensure you have email addresses for all referees prior to starting your reference checks. The cost is £50 per tenant and £50 for a guarantor. If you have already completed a reference check with Verify Me for a previous tenancy/agent then a refresh is at the reduced cost of £25 per person.
